A ¾ length cotton polka dot dress is the perfect little party dress. This dress has a square neck and is gathered at the waist. It is buttoned to the waist with contrast buttons. A wide cotton tie which has plain contrast fabric on one side and the spot on the other. The ties are attached at the waist and can be made into a large bow. The same plain contrast fabric is used in the lining of bodice and around the lower middle of the skirt .Satin ribbon in opposite colour is used to finish the dress .Ruth comes in 5 different colours :
