Little Dress Company : Terms of Sale
1. Payment
a. Prices are in New Zealand dollars ($NZ) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
b. Payment of the full purchase price and the delivery costs must be made at the time of submitting your order. c. Payment may be made by PayPal, credit card or internet/ telephone banking to our bank account.
2. Delivery
a. Your order will be dispatched for delivery to you by courier within 21 days of placing your order.
b. If we are not going to be able to meet this timeframe, we will contact you within 2 working days of your order being submitted (by phone or email) to check whether you still want to proceed with the order. If you choose to cancel, we will refund your payment in full using the original payment method.
c. If you require your order for a specific occasion, please ensure you allow time for delivery usually 1-2 working days.
d. If you request delivery by a method other than courier, then the item is at your risk once it has been dispatched by us.
3. Returns
a. If the item is faulty in any way, please return it to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your payment in full using the original payment method. b. As the item may have been made specifically for you, we will probably not be able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than the item being faulty (e.g. if you simply change your mind or want a different size or colour). However, we are always happy to listen, so please call or email us to discuss.
4. Privacy
a. We will only collect information provided by you for billing and delivery purposes.
b. We will not release your information to others, except where we use other companies to provide services on our behalf e.g.; providing your name and address to the courier company. We will not let them use your information for any other purpose.
